I’m Ukrainian and I prefer Mexican cousin over Russians. They claim they have Russian Borsch, but there is no Russian borsch in Universe. It is like Russian shchi with soar cabbage, nothing like real borsch. Borsch could be only Ukrainian, cocked by Ukrainians, not Russians. Go to Ukrainian church. It a god choise.

: : I need the name of a good restaurant around the Atlanta area that serves taditional Ukrainan food. We will settle for Russian if we have to but we would love it to be Ukrainian. We adopted our 3 year old daughter from Ukraine 9/8/04 and we thought it would be nice to bring in a little of her culture on her year anniversary. We would love some good variniky or borscht. Also, if anyone can tell me if there is anywhere around Atlanta that has anything to do with Ukrainian culture I would love to keep our daughter's birth country alive in her.
: : Thanks,
