It seems that Ukraine has done an investigation in regards to claims made that children are being stolen from maternity wards in an organized fashion. It seems the conclusion from Ukrainian officials is that no one in Ukraine is to be blamed for this, that instead foreigners are kidnapping orphans. Here is the link here, I guess the more ludicrous and outrageous the lie the better, hopefully the european investigators will make some headway through the obstacles that government will undoubtedly place in their path, but I'm sure this story will "go away" pretty soon.
