Oh I don't know, what more is there to say, wish the situation were more transparent, for instance Ukraine sez they're exporting 1 billion KW/hours per month to Russia, while simultaneously every small village, has lengthy daily blackouts. You'll never find out the answer to this for the same reason you'll never find out who lent their 130,000 Euro car to Yushenko Jr. I was interested to see how the stories surrounding Jr were beginning to gain some traction, and then poof, they completely stopped,.... Sorry fer bein one-a-dem sabotagin' provacateurs.
