Besides language law enforcement in the government organizations, another most important area would be Odesa's (Ukraine's) mass media. There should be a significant tax relief for the Ukrainian language press. This should level the playing field with Russia-sponsored media. I don't know why this law still hasn't been introduced. Looks like both subotage and stupidity of Ukrainian oligarchs and commies. I think oligarchs are now changing their mind.
