Тут або так, або так. Нинішній стан є абсолютно ненормальний. : Населення не треба переконувати. This scenario seems to reflect the current reality in Luhansk, Donetsk, Crimea, Odesa, and Mykolaiv and perhaps several other eastern and southern oblasts. These oblasts are heavily populated and industrial.
