Are they the same Russians that recently murdered a Ukrainian song writer in Lviv? Are they the same Russians that almost beat to death a Ukrainian patriarch in Dniepropetrovsk? All Ukrainians who were deported and/or their closest surviving relatives should be able to immediately reclaim any property... that was stolen from them during the Russian occupation known as the Soviet Union.
All Ukrainians (and/or their surviving relatives) who lost property due to expulsion, murder etc. should be able to immediately reclaim it. I wonder if Stan would want his property back if it happened to him?
