Can't understand the logic of Mr.Lozynskyj's letter re: US Congress Resolution regarding upcoming Ukrainian elections. Can't find anything in the text of the resolution or introductory letters that wasn't factual or objective. Who cares if Russia's elections are more "undemocratic", or what may or may not have happened in the US 150 years after its independence. What is he "whining" about? What matters is what is going on in Ukraine today and where will Ukraine head in the future. Probably the likes of Kuchma and Medvechuk applaud Mr. Lozynskyj's "brilliant" statement.
