Don't think so, at least not outside of the academic circles. There's the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute (see http://www.huri.harvard.edu/), and they're a friendly bunch. 'Course that's in Cambridge, but it's just across the river from Boston.

If you're a student, you might see if there are any Ukrainian student clubs, but these are usually kind of transient considering that students move on to other places once they graduate.

I don't even think there's a Ukrainian church in Boston (how could that be?). There is something going on in a place called Jamaica Plain, which is south of Boston. I just did a search on Infospace.com for "Ukrainian" and came up with 2 churches and a credit union. Sounds like a core Ukrainian community to me. :)
