You are right. And it is something normal in a country with such problems, as Ukraine. The people who want to help, and do it properly, must first go to Ukraine and see the possibilities to do it. And then - there are a lot of Western organizations in Kyiv, and in other places of Ukraine, why don`t ask them to help in this? There are a lot of organizations which take Ukrainian children from orphanages. The people in Europe who take these childrens in summer, aren`t a rich people. Why not to help these people to save Ukrainian children? I see a lot ways to help, and to do it well.
: In the area where I live people were collecting money from time to time to sent to orphanage in Kyiv. About 1 year ago one of the organizers of that help travelled to Kyiv and wanted to deliver personnally what was collected. To his disappointment he found not an orphanage but a private address.
: I think that everything will be stolen one or other way. Help your relatives, needy friends, go to school or kindergarten next time when you visit Ukraine and help what you can.
