RESP.: "Only by a stroke of a magic...", because the produced 10000 gizmos per year in Ukraine should have a competitive value on the world market with the 10000 gizmos produced for instance by S. Korea. In addition to cheep energy and wise taxation, “a stroke of a magic” has to include the work ethic, skill, knowledge, effective management, marketing etc. The homework is impossible, because the human factor. It needs time of a generation to develop and reach a competitive level.
