I think president Leonod Kuchma is a fair president.

When Lazarenko stole the money from Ukraine, Kuchma didn't do anything about it because Kuchma is part of the Ukrainian Mafia!!
A fair president would try to get the money back anyway they could.

I think President Kuchma should go to jail also like lazarenko did.
