so true, this corruption is a two headed snake that must be beheaded and buried, but it will take many years to root out the corrupt ones, they start at a very young age and it permeates the whole of society. the whole society was raised to steal, in order to survive. what is the state's is mine. they pretend to pay me, i pretend to work... shcho tvoyeh toh moyeh. etc.
