Yes, she said and if not every street is called Vene tänav in tallinn they regard it as discrimination. but of course in Russia they know best what type of school Ukrainians in Russia want. Guess somebody from other country has to do this for Ukraine,because Ukrainians are afraid to speak up on this matter and Russia might get mad at them. Or thats how much Ukraine- Ukrainians care or give dam about their people in other countries.
