I still don't see why you need some dictatorship. It would just not be a very smart step for Ukraine. Ukraine has had enough of various dictatorships, occupation administrations, etc. What it needs now is a stable democracy with very strong rule of law.

E.g. both Lithuania and Poland have so called "lustration laws" which require from people who cooperated with the KGB to declare (at least secretely) these facts of their lives. I think Ukraine must follow these examples instead of trying to go the "Putin way".

Any special reasons? It seems to help a lot to Lithuania and Poland.
