You might want to get a better map. Monastyrec (and the entire "powiat" of Lisko - now Lesko) are in Poland.
This is an ethnic Lemko/Bojko area (or actually "Nadsjannja" if you want to get technical). Lazorischak is also a name found a little ways south, just over the border in northeast Slovakia.
Place was never in Ukraine, never will be.
