Summing up, your responses indicate the following:
Despite the fact that people in Kyiv Post wish very much that Ukraine succeeds and becomes a prosperous country, they provide misleading information about economy of Ukraine; Prof. James Mace of course is wrong, even if you did not read his article; and I am lunatic particularly for bringing up the AIDS problem.
P.S. I gave up to get through the information about AIDS in Ukraine. As a matter of fact, Ukraine is the only European country where the situation with AIDS is equal to the African countries with very high incidence of HIV-1 infection. (See data from WHO) I do not mean this remark as an offence but the fact is that you do not have primed cells in your brain for this information. That is very obvious from your responses.
