Narodny Novynky and Rusyn informed readers quite extensively about the work of Ivan Pop and Robert Magocsi on Rusyn Encyclopedia in RUSYN language that started more than three years ago. The Rusyn Encyklopedia was written for Rusyns not Rassians and therefore it was published first in Rusyn language. And of course, for scientific community it is important to publish it in English as well. Your speculations reflect the prevailing mentality in Ukraine. Yeh, Ivan Pop misappropriated the information from Robert Magocsi and published it first but subsequently the stolen material by Ivan Pop is published in USA together with Robert Magocsi. Maybe you are right that this way of thinking and acting seems normal in the land of Lazarenkos and Zherdickis.
