Only blind or foolish would not see the enourmous change between the 2002 and 1998 elections.
Communist representation is reduced to 66. No rabid Progressive Socialists. No gray oligarchic Yabloko, Green Party. Pro-Moscow SDPU(o) is reduced to 24.
We now see two big parties with smaller allies among independents and others.
