The above message from a Newsweek seems to be a form letter, sent automatically in response to any e-mail received. It doesn't mean that they "didn't like" your letter. I wodn't though hold my breath waiting for the apology. All agencies currently tend to be understaffed and underpaid, resulting in an increase in sloppiness and uncompetency of the personnel. Sad, but true.
