Unfortunately the russification of Lviv has taken horrible steps.A few years ago,there wasn't such a problem as"russian music",because nobody was ineterested in it.But during last few years things changed,our youngsters began to speak russian and i was really shocked when last year i heard not only russian language but also russian music in the centre of a city.Some citizens don't care,some oppose.

But nevertheless this doesn't mean you will feel uncomfortable.Just try to speak more english anyway.
