I think it's pretty clear what he wanted to say. Whoever are the directors of those AES, they are Russian, if not by name, then by spirit. Show us one who speaks Ukrainian or did not have direct relation to the former Russian occupation administration in Ukraine. Everyone is carefully selected by that system, everyone is acting in the best traditions of Russian thieves. Now look who steals that Russian gas that you lament about. Same Russian-speaking former nomenclatura. Seen ONE Ukrainian patriot among those "businessmen"? If yes, you're a lucky guy, because I haven't. All are Russian-speaking belligerent Sovok chauvinists, pushing their INTER TV-channels and FAKTY newspapers.

Who told you about some accusations to Russia? The only accusation now is that Russia has left too many thieves after it left. But this is Ukraine's problem now. Slowly those people have to be pushed away from their warm seats and away from Ukraine's money. There is no other way. It's either this, or forever follow the great Russian example of total corruption and poverty.
Sorry to tell you this but Russia is still the world's perfect illustration of how one should NOT do.
