I would be pleased to fully identify myself, if you will do it first - i.e. your first, middle & last name, place of residence (full address), tel./fax numbers, e-mail address, place of work/studying, occupation, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, credit report from the servicing bank, etc. It would be even better, if you could post your detailed CV on the Forum. Even the Ukrainian government uderstands linguistic needs of the Russian-speaking people. Eliminating Ukrainian from communication will immediately resolve the communication gap. It should not negatively affect you, but your opponents. I am surprised that you do not understand this.
