: : Right now I see something different: people are forced listening to Russian TV, radio, read Russian newspapers, etc. How can you "like Russian more" if you can't even buy Ukrainian newspaper? It is a clear case of continued russification, now with the help of various "oligarchs". I think it is time for Ukrainians to stop letting their Russian "brothers" twist their arms off.
: : : Because people like Russian more, I guess. Why force them to do what they don't like doing?
:2 No body twisting nobody's arms. Its only that Ukrainians are so goluble. They can not see Russian propaganda. If they knew, how much money Russia spends in Ukraine, just to keep their Soviet minds focused on Russia and how good they had.Ukraine has everything except support of all the people in the country. In order to have free independed country people have to have spirit, desire and wish in their hearts for Ukrainian language, churches, govrnment and the goods that are prduced in their own country and will benefit in future of their"CHILDREN AND UKRANINE".Its peoples choice, they will decide what will be the future. If you do not cherish your own,you will take some oneselses identity sooner or later.Lets remember SHEVCHENKOS prophecy his poetry his "LOVE"for the Urainian people and Ukraine. There is no other way out for Ukrainians, wake up people.Sorry mistake on SHEVCHENKOS name.
