Fortunately it is impossible. Because of absence inside of elita simply a man who can lead, who knows what and how to do. WHO will be a dictator - personally? Slaves and sheeps...
: I'm a partriot. I propose the overthrow off the present theiving Ukranian government and its reformation to a majorly democratic government( with a dictator for a few years).
