I agree that Ukrainian children have to study in Ukrainian and, I hope you agree that the Rusyn children should have right to study the Rusyn language in Subcarpathia if they wish. I am sure you are fully aware of the rapid changes taking place right now in that region. Children (by parent's involvement) in Czech, Hungar, Romania and Slovak Republics prefer to study in English or in German.
P.S. Your previous comments about Jefferson's ideas were misleading as well as the Kiyevan Rus influences and control of Subcarpathia. BE contradicts itself, read further carefully the cited source by you. Please take a note, my spelling is improving with exception of Kiyevskaya Rus.
