Mr. Malinkovich is well-known to be among the leaders of the anti-Ukrainian movement of Ukraine and, if you care to know my opinion, one big sonovabitch. The truth is that no malinkovich will prevent Ukrainian children from studying in Ukrainian.
As for Mr. Drach (again, if you care to know my opinion) he is a moron who'd better shut up and resign, as his non-professionalism in his ukrainization efforts certainly defeats the purpose.
