Where the problem is? It can be done a differencies between the countries. Eg, USA, Canada, EU, Australia, perhaps, Argentina, something more must do visas, but without any invitation letter. Citizens from another countries, less interesting for Ukraine as tourists, can be asked invitation letters, etc.
The elderly guys must know, that a 20-years Ukrainian girl want only the money of this guy, not himself. So, the Ukrainian girl who marry this guy, is another side of the same coin.
: The are quite a few regular tourists to the Ukraine from abroad.The majority of foreigners are either Asians and Africans in their try to slip westwards,either the elderly guys,wanting to get married quickly,cheaply and to obtain a 2 times younger wife.It looks like the nowadays Ukrainian authorities are not interested in the tourist industry development.
