All minorities in Ukraine should be thankfull
to ukrainian government for the free schools and universities as for now. In USA none of the minority has such possibilities like they have in Ukraine.
In future all schools in Ukraine that do not have ukrainian language as a first language in their programs will be demoted and american model for other nationals private schools should be adopted - so ukrainian government won't have to spend extra money for such things.
Ukrainian government does not have money nor need
to spend for all language schools that exist
in the world. Such schools should be private.
Nobody in Ukraine prohibits to ogranise any
saturday-sunday schools like rusyn, jewish, hungarian, german, russian, tatarian e.t.c. All these minoroties are free to ogranise such private schools anywhere they want.

100 % of them knows ukrainian language as it is required by the law.

You are contradicting to yourself. GERMAN FIRST, SERBS FIRST, AMERICANS FIRST are alien to mankind and civilized world.

Ukraine is a civilised country just in opposite to Russia or America, because Ukraine has culture that was breeded in centuries. America has to spend some time to have such culture - may be 1-2 centuries more.
Ukraine has to make ukrainian laws to rule in Ukraine - and this will happend. So McDonalds
or Microsoft in Ukraine will be ukrainian companies but not alines who just do whatever
they like.
