I meant UKRAINIAN CITIZEN FIRST who obey ukrainian laws and do not undermine any ukrainian laws, unlike some aliens who have political agenda to brake up Ukraine and it's nation as a sigle entity.

GERMAN FIRST, SERBS FIRST, AMERICANS FIRST
are alien to mankind and civilized world.

Fortunately, these problems can and will be addressed in Hague as they have been since the time of Nuremberg trials.
