My wife is Ukrainian and we live in America. She wanted to come home to visit her family but she was told by phone that she would not be allowed to leave Ukraine because of the laws. She has a "green card" and of course a Ukrainian passport. She is afraid to visit her country because we do not know if this is true and what papers she must have. I
