: :... Historically Karpats'ka Ukrayina formed a common state with the rest of Ukraine only for a very short period of time (for about 80 years) during the times of Kyivan Rus' (of course before it joined Ukraine in 1944).
: :: Would you be so kind to be more specific about the “80” years when the Subcarpathian Rus was a part of the Kyivan Rus? When did it start? In what form and “state structure”? When did it end and how? What is the evidence that the Subcarpathian Rus was a part of the Kyivan Rus? Please do not quote statements from encyclopedias or historical books written hundred years later. Could you provide archeological, religious and/or written evidence from contemporary sources of those past times such as the Nestor’s Letopis or the Gesta Hugarorum, etc?
: Thanks a lot in advance for your response.
