Nobody cares about Ukrainians, least of all "hohly". It's a misfortune for Ukraine to have such people. Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and other former Sov. republics do not have so many of their own "hohly", so they don't waist time
to move ahead. Ukraine, on the other hand, has a tough time struggling with their "hohly".
