The reason for my statement about fractions of UPA was not to shift blame or make a final judgement on eather of UPA fractions , but to show that stereotypes of Western Ukrainians have to be broken.
Much is still to be discovered on the issue og UPA and WWII.
However it fits in the general discussion of polarity in views between people of different regions of Ukraine.
If we are to build prosperous Ukraine, we have to find
a golden median in our views.
