I do not want to argue any longer. My point was just that US and Europe have built their wealth at different time and frequently by dirt dealing with "less civilized countries or tribes". Consecuently , their trade organizations have been designed to be primarily on the "profit for them, rip off for others" principle. Ukraine is different. We did not steel any goods. Therefore we should think more than twice before making deals with them. It is prety much like dealing with Russia with well developed state corruption. As for trafics 4% or 40% did not seem to help most of the WTO members.
