I have promised not to argue and I will not. Just few comment.
1. I was not saying that we should unite with Russia. Sorry if it was not clear.
2. Should we keep telling that Kuchma is the best President even he is clearly not. I think that lie does not help to build good country.
3. Your question about death penalty is very complex and therefore I cannot answer it. Sorry, ain't got no expertise in jurisprudence. :-))))
