[mova] Little Russia or Russia Minor ?

To Mova -
I agree with Hanya that the Ukraina meaning of 'borderland' is questionable .
I also think that "Little Russia" should more accurately be "Russia 
Minor",  IF one accepts reference to the 'Russia' term at all ....
