While Ukr TV regularly gives prime-time to Russian neo-fascists like
Zatulin and Markov and thier little Russian followers like Shufrich,
Vitrenko and Konovaliuk, it deserves attention that there are
Russian liberals and democrats who engage in serious talks with their
Ukrainian counterparts without chauvinism and imperial complexs
