Maria Dmytrieva, a member of the Gender Studies (Kharkiv) and SEELANGS  
lists, has sent the following
most valuable information.  I invite you to visit the site of the  
Maksymovych Library, which features pre-19th.
European and Ukrainian books collected and read by early-modern  
readers in Ukraine.
It give a marvelous glimpse into the reading culture of Old Ukraine.
