Perhaps the best presentation on the question of Holodomor as genocide is the analysis by Mr. Zakharov from the Kharkiv group. If I copied the URL properly, I recommend to those who are interested in the question to read this. There are a few things that I don't agree with in this presentation, but I am now at a conference in Warsaw in connection with the 60th anniversary of the UN Convention on Genocide and in honor of R. Lemkin, and do not have the time to comment on the Mr. Zakharov's analysis. But it is very good, and I recommend it highly.
