[aaus-list] NY Times article on Georgian-Russian war

Since there had been so much debate about this earlier on the list, I thought the following front page article from today's NY Times is worth sharing:
Georgia Claims on Russia War Called Into Question

While it's far from the last word on the topic, it does suggest that those who assumed the war was engineered and provoked by Russian imperial aggressors were too quick to jump to conclusions. 

(I trust that the implications for Ukrainian-Russian relations should be obvious to all.)
