Overwhelmend with occasionally useful, but as a rule highly opinionated 
and often biased information from a "Vadim" -
- I request that he identify himself.  Is he an AAUS member?

It is an absolute must that the AAUS-list devise a method to refuse 
messages from unidentified senders.  No scholarly lists allow such a 
practice since it defeats the purpose of an open professional dialogue.
