Dear Colleagues,

I am writing again to let you know that we are trying to make the AAUS 
list work better. Please remember the new rules. I wish to thank those 
of you who are now identifying yourselves, posting collated form 
notices, and refraining from personal attacks as well as conducting 
off-topic or personal exchanges off the list.

We are presently going to all need to remind ourselves of the rules 
until they become more natural. Perhaps a place to start is for all of 
you to identify yourselves and your affiliation. Mine is below.
