I would like to know which PhD granting institution teaches to avoid intellectual questions by deflection to questioning professional credibility.

Dr Denysyk's PhD and granting institution can be found along with his
academic biography via Google .. a dubious source for some things but
useful for others ... like Wikipedia ...so let's move on
