Attached is a shortened text of the conversation between Russian air
controllers and the airplane that carried Polish president Kaczynski just
minutes before the airplane crashed.  It was published in “Istorychna
Pravda” (“Історична Правда” – transl. “Historic Truth”).  The airport where
they were to land is a military airport under military supervision and
control. 

 

These are recorded communications between ground control centers and ground
to air controls, often resorting to regular city telephone lines, using
other aircraft in flight that happen to be overflying the area, serving as
intermediaries. These communications are a testament of the state of
discipline, ethics, lack of professionalism, and disdain of human life of
the Russian officer’s corps, of the Russian army’s (air force) state of
being.  Someone added a comment,  “It is scary to even think about this!
Keep in mind that these are the same people who control the second largest
nuclear arsenal”. 

 

Below is a shortened version of the publication, which is very long.  The
use of foul language, disdain that the Polish pilot only speaks Polish and
English, while their only language of communications is Russian, is
appalling.  English is the international language of air traffic throughout
the world.  

 

The text is in Russian.  I hope that someone will translate it into English
and have it published all over the world.
