I live in ohio and i have tempurary custody of mmy 2 newephs. ages 5 and 6. The father of the 2 boys are my bother. I would like to know the law on my rights on keeping them. I have had them for 1 year now and it has been 2 years since children sercise had taken them.The mom has weekend visits and their is alot of mental abuse going on. I cant get no help so if you can advice me in any way please write.
