Curious, you have to spend more time in the INS website and ut some effort into it. It does not give a clear response to anything. Also, there is a customer service 800-number there, and very polite people will answer all your quetions after you spend around 30 min on hold. That's how it is, and don't expect somebody else do the job for you.
