Ideally, if your wife can get a fake invitation from registered Ukrainian company that this company wants you to travel to Ukraine on a frequent basis to conduct a business. With this invitation and application you can apply for 3-year multiple entry visa. In a matter of a fact, I am in process in obtaining such a visa now.
Bring this invitation and visa application to the Ukrainian Embassy in your country, and you'll get what you need.
