Native Ukrainian, I'm finishing up MBA in May and got my BBA from American college as well. Could some one give me advice as what chances do I have to adjust my status to H type visa from F-1 based employment as the manager at the local restoraunt.
Another opportunity could be that I'm also searching for a management-related job in Chicago area.
Is there anyone from Chicago on this board and could someone help me with advice on where to proceed as far as my immigration status is concerned?
