I applied for student visa ,and i was on full scholarship accepted into 4 years private scholarship. i presented all the financial documents (bank $30,000 + ) showed enough money. though i was only suppose to pay around 6000 for boarding lodging. I showed them me and my parents owned enough property (worth $1.2Million +i am the onlys son) that i will return back to look after it..but that nut case refused me on 214(b).?I reapplied and again turned down on same pretext.. should i apply again...and wt seems to be the chances that i will get through this time..has any significant number of people received approval after rejection with re-applying an dis there any APPEAL Process ?
