Go to the BCIS (formerly INS) web site. *All* of the forms are there, along with instructions for filling them out. There's simply no reason to hire somebody to do this for you, unless you like throwing money away.
Incidentally, as other posts have said, you'll have a difficult time getting her a visa if you're not a U.S. citizen. I know that there are lots of people who'll tell you otherwise, who are eager to take yor money. Don't believe them.
